-
Reflect on project and review what I have learned on case study. Note changes that can be made.

Research
My research consisted of questions and interviews of individuals who live close or by wine country. The states I focused on are California, Washington, Virginia, and Maryland. I have some connections in the in wine industry and decided to use them as a great source for this case study. Here are some my findings acquired through my research.
-
85% said they enjoy that Cab2Go delivers winery estate selections.
-
90% prefer the using the application to get wine not available in local wine stores.
-
85% of people believe it's faster delivery than online stores.
-
70% of the people enjoyed the fact the they can get red and whites delivered at cool temperatures.
-
67% of people prefer a lower chance of broken bottles and bubbly that is not shaken up.
Persona
With the knowledge gained from my research, I was able to create my persona. As stated above, the age is 20+ due to the legal age of drinking responsibly. My persona was an ideal model of the consumer and used this as a reference through the rest of the project.
Design System
Below is my design system including Typography, Color, and Logo. I wanted to create a sense of tasting wine and a relaxed environment for the user experience. The pleasant mellow purples convey this message through the application.
Wireframe Sketch
To help develop all the steps needed to create this application, I made sketches of each screen to get my thoughts out visually.
Flow Chart
I created a flow chart to represent a happy customer selecting and completing their order. I started with an individual creating a new account to the end were the order is being received.

Prototype
Below is my prototype of the user navigating through the application and ordering their wine. I wanted to define the step in a clear manner to understand the necessary steps towards visual design.
User Improvements
During my case study, I needed to consult with others and make adjustments. The examples provided demonstrate how I reflected upon my work and it being reviewed in doing so, I was able to make improvements through user testing.
Final Design
After all the research and prep work, I created my final design. Below is a carousel that visually take the user on a a step-by-step tour of Cab2Go!
Analysis & Next Step
In conclusion, I enjoyed researching and creating this case study. I have learned a lot about the needs and wants of the consumer. For the future, I have considered adding a section for consumer recommendations and a blog to provide insights. To further improve my application, I want to include a wine indication system that expands on flavor profiles. I plan to add charts and infographics which include all aspects of wine such as acidity and tannins. Thank you taking the time to tour my visions!
